Je suis vraiment quelqu’un d’anxieuse, je cherchais une appli de relaxation et je suis tombée sur cette appli. Finalement c’est pas de la relaxation mais ça m’a beaucoup aidé à me concentrer tout les jours un petit peu, et j’ai l’impression que ça fait comme une méditation mais en plus technique. Enfin ça marche bien pour moi, je suis moins stressée.

Très bonne application mais le retardateur de démarrage ne fonctionne pas. Jai 6S. Cest dommage car ça doit être bien pratique !
Almost great
I like it for breath exercises but there are two problems. One there needs to be options to go longer than 10 min. Add 15, 20, and 30 min options. Two there needs to be a delay so you can get situated before the breathing begins. Options for 10 seconds up to a 1 min delay would be ideal.
