The CBC Integrated Logistics App by CSG provides a laser-like focus on the interactive engagement between case managers and the child/young person. This App captures collateral relationships pertinent to the child i.e, parents, foster parents, guardians and court appointments in-addition to referrals for ancillary services, i.e., doctors appointments, mentoring/tutoring services as well as a host of other essential services critical to the well-being of the child/young person.
This App also generates data which can measure a case manager or case management unit collectively to review its work flow utilization based on a prescribed management report category list. This App also allows for customized narratives within the management report category lists which the subscriber provider agency has exclusive administrative controls/rights. CBC App provides the ability for case managers to take a time and dated stamped photographic image of youth which is transmitted to the administrator control dashboard and saved as a report record specifically for that youth/case manager. This App contributes to increased productivity as well as guarding against fraud, waste and abuse. It serves as a secondary counter balance to heighten the awareness of post operational case management functions that can be reviewed and improved upon in real time.
