Use with virtually any existing diet program. The key to this app is in its simplicity. Create your plan by selecting FOOD GROUP portions for your daily consumption. Keep in mind that the app will not tell you what a specific portion is. It is up to you to determine what these portions are according to the diet plan you are following. Consult your health care professional before starting any diet plan. Select how many portions of each category for daily consumption. Icons represent each food group. For example if you have 5 portions of a food group to consume daily, then you will have 5 icons to check off and so forth for each group.

+ Create your food group portions daily plan.
+ Check portions off as you have them during the day.
+ Saves daily entries automatically.
+ Delete past entries and current portions settings*.

Please enjoy life by having healthy habits. Cheers and good luck.

* Makes the app run faster after many days of use. Warning: Past and current data will be removed from the app, you will have to manually reset your portions again.

Missing one little feature

This app is simple and useful. Only one thing is missing. I would have liked to be able to add two categories as I use proteins supplements and the vegetables are divided in two types for my ongoing diet (sweet - and restricted - vegetables, and non restricted veggies). Aside of that, this app is so easy to use! Like it!

Better than nothing

I wanted something like the old Richard Simmons Deal a Meal cards to use. My ideal app would allow me to Choose my calorie needs for the day, figure protein, carb & fats, divide them into servings (by default and by my own choosing) of food groups, and have an easy to see screen divided into groups. I want to include how to figure number of grams for each of protein, carbs, fats as calculated by percentages, so I can vary my intake, say, of protein from 30% to 25% or whatever, same with carbs & fats.

Handy App

This app does exactly what it says it will. It provides a check-off. It can easily be used for Diabetic exchanges or the OLD Weight Watchers programs (Freedom Plan and earlier). This is the only app I found that will do this. Two things that would make it a five star app: 1. The ability to log food or journal short notes. (For me, this would help to make sure I didnt forget anything.) 2. The ability to go back and add changes to previous days. Thank you for this fine app!

Just okay

I like the simplicity of this app but it is so slow to load and sometimes it gets hung up while you are trying to check off your food items. Im am always frustrated by this. Please fix this. It just takes to long. It should be free

I like it!

This app is exactly what I was looking for: a visual list of what I have consumed over the course of the day so I know if Ive followed my diet well or am not getting enough of a food group. I do wish I could add in a category but other than that it works for me.

Useful and simple

I like this a lot-simple and straightforward. I would like the ability to rename or add categories for it to work more seamlessly with a vegetarian diet.

Should be free

Yes, it does what it says it does, but in the laziest way possible. It would be great if you could change names of categories, and have the option to record if you go over the ideal number of servings. it would be helpful to be able to check off servings by meal and also see the daily totals, and how many servings are left of each item. Also, Id like an edit feature to enter servings for the day after midnight. Honestly, a rally system like this is so simple it would be a great addition to any other nutrition app. Imagine if it automatically estimated calories, and allowed you to take notes or record specific meals. I was looking for a tally system because my nutritionist gave me a paper version of one. Unfortunately this one is SO simple it is not functional. I think the designers would benefit from talking to nutritionists and their clients when designing this. Its only 99cents, but at this point Im better off tracking my nutrition with pen and paper.
