Requesting Cloud CARS is easy – here’s how it works :
• Just open the app and tell us where you’re going
• Choose the type of vehicle you want – Standard, Executive, VIP, Estate, MPV-6 or MPV-7
• The app uses your location, so your driver knows where to pick you up
• When your job is allocated, you’ll see your driver’s profile, vehicle details and progress
FEATURES OVERVIEW :
• Map radar – see all available cars on the live map
• Hailing – see an ETA before booking your journey
• Live tracking – monitor your driver as he drives to your pick-up location
• Pay in-app – cashless and cardless
• Pay with cash
• Rate the driver – and send feedback
• Booking confirmations and receipts are sent for every journey – by email
• Share the app – with friends on Facebook and Twitter
