How many of us are used to drinking the "usual" cocktail because our old friend orders it?
Sometimes we may even try something new, but we are sure it is not because it is a trendy bar to offer it, perhaps with a captivating design?
Obviously there is nothing wrong but ... we rarely stop to think about the tradition and the meticulousness that, through years of experiments and experiences, leads to improve often very unique drinks, dating back to the beginning of the last century, with their story behind them.
So why not rediscover them or try to make them at home, using ingredients available today but trying to respect as much as possible the original recipe?
