This app contains the 12 practice bundles that promote high performance by improving energy, emotion and skills. Each practice bundle is arranged into a mission, a series of activities over multiple days which need to be completed on the app. By combining assessment, theory and practice Complete App helps you to integrate the skills to leverage energy, emotions and social interactions.
The core practices of energy management, breathe and emotion logging are free in the app along with introductory information about how to use the practice. Build your skills further by signing up to a subscription to unlock the mission content and accelerate your development Complete App.
The Complete App is based on the groundbreaking work in performance development from Dr. Alan Watkins and the team at Complete.
The Complete App is not providing any medical data and the 3rd party heart rate monitors it connects to are not medical equipment. If you observe any data provided by the app that concerns you then please consult your doctor.
The Complete App uses 3rd party heart rate monitors to connect to the bio-feedback software in the app. The bio-feedback works through the Heart Trainer feature which shows your heart rate and the coherence level you are able to achieve through slow rhythmic breathing to manage your heart rate.
