The Connect platform is a ‘self service’ facility providing users with a number of App Modules on a single expandable dashboard. Ashfield Council are starting with Binfo and a number of ‘Report It’ App’s such as Graffiti, Fly tipping and Street scene and as time goes on further modules as and when required.
Binfo - Is a module providing Waste Collection Information and aids you in discovering bin collection information related to your property. Use it to find out the details about your next bin collection, including which bins will be collected and the types of refuse that can be placed in the each type of bin.
You can turn on and tweak bin collection reminders, find out what bins will be collected further into the future and receive detailed information on any disruptions to your collection date when and if they occur via use of push messaging notifications.
