Children’s Travel Guides based on stuffed animals traveling around the world, city by city
Cooper visits Southeast Alaska with the help of his new friend and tour guide, Kodi the Moose. Follow Cooper’s Ultimate Alaska Adventure as the two explore Juneau, Skagway and Ketchikan, learning about Alaska’s gold rush history and glaciers while having fun along the way. Learn the best spots to visit for kids along with new place and activities that even locals appreciate.
In Juneau, Cooper and Kodi visit the Mount Roberts Tram, hike Mendenhall Glacier and tour the glacier from a helicopter. Skagway is the pair’s second stop where they take the White Pass and Yukon Route railroad and learn about Alaska’s gold rush history. The pair end the story in Ketchikan where they discover the meaning of totem poles and take a seaplane out to the Misty Fjords. Along the way, Kodi teaches Cooper about traveling in Alaska and the importance of cruise ships for seeing Alaska’s sights. The Alaska book contains over 100 “buried bones” hidden throughout the book. Touch a picture and see a zoomed in view with additional information and fun. The book also includes and activity section detailing Alaska’s interesting facts, history and maps plus we’ve added new animation elements. By combining the rich imagery used in the print version of the books with an interactive “Where’s Waldo” type feature to see what Cooper hid within the story, readers are guaranteed to enjoy their journey.
The Cooper’s Pack children’s travel guide series follows the journey of the main character Cooper, an adventurous dog, through the city with a local friend, a member of his “pack”. The books also include an interactive education and activity section and hidden secrets called “buried bones”.
