Enamorada total!!!
Es facilísimo encontrar los productos que buscas, amigable, práctico y muy fácil de usar. La atención/servicio es excelente. Solía tardarme hasta 3 horas en hacer un pedido de súper por internet buscando los productos, luego en el teléfono para confirmar otra media hora y al final era más fácil ir personalmente. Pero con esta App estoy más que feliz!!! Me ahorro muchísimo tiempo!! y puedo confiar en que tienen el criterio de entender para entender lo que quiero. El costo x servicio lo vale, es menos de lo que gasto en estacionamiento, gasolina, propinas y sobretodo mi tiempo no tiene precio!!

Nosotros hicimos un pedido a Costco, nos marcaron para preguntar si queríamos sustituir un producto que la tienda no tenía. El cargo se hizo correctamente y el pedido llegó en el tiempo indicado. En general, muy buena experiencia y lo seguiremos utilizando.

Súper simple realizar compras y el pedido llega en un par de horas, lo máximo!
Buen servicio pero no por el precio
Después de hacer mi primer pedido, en el que casi todo salió bien (excepto por la verdura muy mal escogida) me di cuenta que me estaban cobrando entre 13 y 17% extra sobre el precio de los productos. Esto es algo que sólo notas si te metes a leer las preguntas frecuentes. Me parece altísimo el costo del servicio, y peor que lo escondan en el precio. Además de esto, te cobran envió! Es una muy buena aplicación, con una buena ejecución, pero definitivamente no vale pagar casi 20% extra. Si quitan este cargo ridículo cambiaré la calificación.
