What are the things in life that would make you happy? A beautiful house? Money? Love?
Open Create My Life and hit the ‘plus’ icon. List the things you would like to achieve or acquire.
- Multi million dollar house
- Wonderful partner
- Boat
- Successful Career
and so on...
A picture might help you visualise the things you want so take a photo of something or someone that symbolises your dream item and using the +image add picture to that heading.
Now select your heading and enter the Create My Day page. List the details that describe your wish item, If you chose a house, how many bedrooms does it have? is there a pool? in which suburb is it located? Take more photos that symbolise these things and add them.. make it as real as possible.
The more detail you use the easier it is to visualise and use the laws of attraction to manifest it into reality.
Now, hit the play button, and use positive thought, the music of your choice and the Law of Attraction to help you manifest your amazing house. The more you focus on the house the more powerful it becomes. Practice this technique every day and start noticing things you wish for become a reality.
Music and time can be selected on the settings page.

Think of an event that’s coming up in the future and imagine how you would like it to go. Let’s say you have an important business meeting and you want everything to go your way. Walk through the meeting in your mind. Decide how you want things to happen. Open Create My Day and create a new item with the heading “Business Meeting”. Select the heading. Using the ‘plus’ icon list the events of the meeting as you want them to happen in point form. ie.
- I will arrive to the meeting on time.
- The boss will love my ideas
- I will get the promotion
Do you think a picture might help you visualise the meeting happening this way? Select +image and add one.
When you’ve finished your list, press the play button and using the laws of attraction and your chosen words and images, visualise your meeting going just as you imagined. Focus and meditate on the words and images, imaging that they have already happened the way you wanted. Use the Law of Attraction to get what you want in life. It really works!
