Description
The app contains useful information and self-help programmes which can be started as soon as you sustain an injury or pain. The idea is that you start to rehabilitate before you get to see us (the physiotherapists), speeding up your recovery and reducing demand on the service. You can also use this app alongside your physiotherapy treatment, or as part of a self-management programme following physiotherapy.
This app has been designed by Tim Allardyce, Physiotherapist in Croydon and Clinical Director of Croydon Physio. The app development was assisted by Senior and Lead Physiotherapists in the Croydon Physio and Surrey Physio Team. Exercises are provided in partnership with Rehab My Patient. The MSK physiotherapy service in Croydon is provided in partnership with the GP Collaborative.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Choose from a wide array of injuries and conditions and start multi-week treatment!
1.START TREATMENT
First step is to find your injury and tap on Start Treatment button. By starting treatment you get access to multiple exercise plans with instructions, pictures and HD videos.
2. TREATMENT PERIOD
Once you have started treatment, you will be redirected to your current exercise plan on logging in. We will also notify you regularly about changes in your treatment plans.
3. COMPLETE YOUR TREATMENT.
After completing treatment we hope you will feel much better! Now you can send us your feedback or tell your friends about this app.
