The DS Fitness Centre is based on Abbey Road in Barrow in Furness.
The Centre has a well equipped gym that offers a variety of personally designed gym programmes centred around the fitness needs of local people. They have a highly qualified team of gym instructors to everyone get the results they are looking for.
They also offer an extensive range of exercise classes including Body Combat, Piloxing, Body Step, Body Attack, Body Pump, Spinning and Pilates.
Also available are a wide range of beauty and health therapies as well as nutritional advice and nutritional products for you to purchase through the App shop.
The DS Fitness Centre App provides members and non-members with :-
- Courses Reservation facility to easily reserve your place on any course
- Treatments Reservation facility to easily book time for beauty and health treatments
- Use the Shop to purchase membership, treatments, diet plans, nutritional products etc
- Find out about special events being provided at the Centre
- Add your own feedback by recording your comments, visiting our Facebook page or writing on our Fan Wall
- Send in a photograph of yourself before and after courses using our Photoshare feature
