I own an auto repair shop and I downloaded this hoping to use it? Once downloaded, the app has to be authenticated; suppose to a day or do. Never the less, nothing happens. I chatted with one of their representatives and he couldnt help and gave me the number for support; gave me the wrong number. I then called in and the lady; once again, not very helpful.
