Create your own models
The Decision App is a digital wall chart, a flipchart 2.0. The perfect tool for presentations, analyses and
brainstorming sessions: it’s quick and easy to draw your own models (for example an x/y matrix) and you
can use the intuitive freehand drawing function to highlight important items, to point towards key factors with arrows, or to plot curves.
Strategic models as templates
The Decision App contains nine of the best-known and most successful decision-making models from
management theory. These models can be used right away as templates to brainstorm, to ponder, to
consider or to weigh options for the required decision. For example, the Eisenhower Matrix is useful for
efficient time management, the BCG Model can be used for classic portfolio management, the SWOT
Analysis is wellknown for positioning decisions, the Blue Ocean Strategy helps to chart new opportunities.
These and other models each are included with an explanatory text and a ready to use template to
fill in according to the decision to be made.
Export and share
Email your models as a PDF to ask for feedback, add them as pictures to documents for a presentation or
send them as an editable document to other Decision App users to collaborate on a joint project.

Simples e visual incrivel!
A idéia é boa, mas....
Este sw tinha tudo para ser ótimo, entretanto, no meu ipad2 com iOS 6, ele não grava ou perde os dados aleatóriamente, a não ser que saia um bug fix, por enquanto foi dinheiro jogado fora.
Não funciona mesmo
Infelizmente a "escolha dos editores" não funciona. Explico: você gasta seu precioso tempo criando seus gráficos, e ele não grava. Uma completa enganação, inclusive por parte dos "editores".

Ive spent a long time to create my project portfolio and sales pipeline and it just disappeared in the next time I opened the app. Nobody deserves!!! Marco Fidos
Muitos Defeitos
A idéia é muito bom, porém o app tem muitos bugs. 1. Problemas com o iCloud onde ele não sincroniza corretamente com outros iGadget. 2. Apaga gráficos criados. 3. Ao utilizar um exemplo para criar um novo gráfico, por diversas vezes ele não criou os exemplos de forma correta. 4. Edição no nome dos gráficos nem sempre funciona. 5. A informação gerada no PDF é de má qualidade onde não se aproveita como documento para uma apresentação, por exemplo. Este app é muito caro para ter tantos problemas assim. Por gentileza, antes de colocarem este como indicação na loja, analisar a robustez da aplicação. Obrigado.
Bleistift und Papier reicht...
Wer hier vermutet die Software hilft anhand von z.B. Argumenten bei einer Entscheidungsfindung mit einem Ja, Nein, Später usw. wird enttäuscht werden! Es können einzelne Punkte erstellt und in einer Matrix manuell verschoben werden. Das wars auch schon. Sieht zwar hübsch aus, aber im Prinzip reicht dafür auch ein Blatt Papier, Bleistift, Radiergummi und Lineal. Denn mehr bietet das Programm auch nicht. Ob das den Preis von 3,99 gerechtfertigt, muss jeder für sich selbst entscheiden.
Schlecht gemacht
Man kann die verschiedenen Punkte nur durch Antippen definieren, es gibt keine Tabellen in denen wirkliche Werte eingegeben werden können, somit ist die App für eine fundierte Entscheidungsfindung schlicht weg nicht zu gebrauchen. Spielerei für den Privatgebrauch daher nur 2 Sterne
