Visiblement lappli aurait des bugs, je ne les ai pas encore remarqués en 3 semaines intensives dutilisation, mais je veux bien croire les autres avis. Mon expérience personnelle me pousse â dire que cest une boite à rythme très pratique, hyper simple à prendre en main, avec un tas de sons très intéressants. Je ne ferais pas tout un album là dessus mais çest très inspirant de travailler là dessus pour maquetter des morceaux etc. Je ne ferais pas de live dessus non plus, car ça reste un logiciel ipad qui peut planter. Faut prendre cette appli pour ce quelle est, un super soft de musique spontanée.

DM1 offers 5 main sections:
1 - THE STEP SEQUENCER frees your imagination with a smart use of the multi-touch screen. Just turn on and off steps in your sequence with the tip of your fingers to create cool beats, or unexpected rhythms!
2 - THE DRUM PADS simply lets you play and record the beat that tickles your fingers. No need to be a first-class drummer, automatic quantize does the work for you.
3 - THE MIXER for quick and subtle sound mixing of your drum kits. Featuring settings for volume, pitch, sample length, custom drum kit element for each channel, mute and solo mode.
4 - THE FX TRACKPADS a creative duo of FX trackpads to distort, modulate and transform your beats. The effects include: Overdrive, Delay, Reverb, Envelope follower, Phaser, Dub Delay, Formant, Texturizer, Robotizer, Filter, Dalek filter, Compressor and Noise Gate.
5 - THE SONG COMPOSER allows you to quickly make a song with the beat patterns you have created. Just drag and drop the patterns onto the timeline. Fast and easy.

Très belle interface, et un résultat très convaincant.
la meme avec des pistes instruments
superbe appli pour créer des drums, intuitive et parfaitement adaptée à lipad avec sa grille tactile. une suggestion aux développeurs : ajoutez dautres pistes en plus des drums pour pouvoir séquencer dautres instruments (basse...) sur le même principe. Ainsi on pourrait composer un morceau au complet dans lappli. Jusquà présent je trouve que le principe de la grille sur laquelle on place les notes est un des meilleurs moyens (lautre étant le pad quon retrouve dans kaospad et figure) pour composer de la zik avec un ipad. Alors il est dommage de limiter son utilisation aux drums. Le "key edit" par exemple quon a dans beatmaker ou nanopad est inadapté à lipad, cest bien avec une souris. La grille est mieux à condition comme dans dm1 de pouvoir facilement changer le pitch, la longueur des notes, le volume et le pan. Adaptez ce principe à dautres instruments que les drums et ce sera parfait.

Le genre dapp complète et bien foutue sur laquelle on passe des heures!! Manque une gestion des lignes de basse mais cest avant tout une boîte à rythme donc...
