Gostei do design do app, achei bom simples e útil, mas concordo com uma das opiniões que li o deslizar falha às vezes poderia ser um botão, e creio que falta uma instrução sobre quando iniciar o timer, se logo que liga a lavanca da máquina ou quando o líquido começa a descer, estou procurando iniciar o timer logo que o líquido desce.
