doppel works by creating a silent vibration on the inside of your wrist which feels just like the ‘lub-dub’ of a heartbeat. Slower rhythms are calming, and faster rhythms help you feel focused - like music. Use it to stay calm under pressure, focus on the task ahead of you, and keep going when you need to.
About the app
Once you have downloaded the app, follow the setup sequence to connect to your doppel wristband. The app comes with pairs of preset rhythms, one faster and one slower. Follow the steps to take your resting heart rate so that the app can suggest rhythms based on your physiology
Try out your personalized rhythms in different situations to find out which works best for you. As you get comfortable with what works, you will have the option to design your own rhythms.
