Has a lot of exercises. For me it was .99 for the app, and 1.99 to unlock all exercises/workouts in the app. Well worth it. Simple pictures walk you through the exercise, with word explanation. Workout plans seem thought out and have a link to review the exercise. Will be using this a lot in the next coming weeks, thanks much!!
The app will not start despite my choosing not to Register. It just stayed frozen.

Lame - Broken- Do not buy
App will not move from first screen where it wants you to register with an email address. I did and it still wont load. Rip off! Fix the app or stop selling it!
