Sehr schön
Die App ist einfach gemacht, aber sehr sinnvoll. Auf dem iPad ist die Bildqualität (iPad 2) nicht sehr toll, das im 2x Zoom-Modus. Die App ist aber nicht zum Angucken, sondern zum Mitmachen. Die Audiounterstützung, also der sprechende Coach, erfüllt die zugedachte Rolle vollkommen.
Super App. aber seit Update nutzlos
Seit einem Jahr benutze ich ab workouts pro mehrmals wöchentlich. Aber es kotz mich an dass die angepassten Übungen nachm Patch weg sind bzw auf Standard gesetzt werden und seit diesem Patch Krieg ich keine Übung zum laufen: sofort Absturz ...
Would like to see audio instructions
Great way to do abs and learn about nutrition. Would be nice to have verbal instructions while doing a routine. For example, "keep legs straight", "reach as high as you can", "crunch the abs" etc. Workout programs always talk during the count to make sure you are doing it right. Maybe an instructional overlay that could be turned off. Im happy with this purchase

Ok the only thing I could say about this app would be wow Its such a good app I really liked it I specially like the fact that the guy counts for you it makes it so much easier and it makes you want to finish the whole set Its just amazing i really needed this because I was not sure how to get abs And right now I got great results So thanks a lot !!! <3
Its good
I really like this app. My only complaint is that it seems to want to connect to the internet when I open it, but maybe I overlooked the description and this is supposed to happen. Other than that, this is excellent if your focus is on your abs.
keeps crashing
cant get into this app... it starts up then shuts down right away. :(
