Description
Fun and easy to use, Earth Gizmo is your walking and biking adventure companion. This app works by tracking your walking/biking progress from start to finish and assuming you are ending at your starting point, is able to ‘lasso’ your area. Once lassoed, you are able to see the total covered area.
Features include the ability to track your movements while leaving a blue line trail. When you have decided to be done with your journey, press the “End Tracking” button to complete it. At this time the Earth Gizmo will complete a captured region by filling in the enclosed area. Information about your journey is displayed on the screen. This includes the area in acres of the captured region, the distance you traveled, and the amount of time for the journey.
After the journey is complete a share button is provided. Pressing this button creates a photo and brings up the share dialog of apps to share with. These apps may include Facebook, Messages, Email, and others. Share with your friends, see who can capture the most with the fastest time.
