- Book 24 hours in advance to get your driver and vehicle assigned.
2. Check your price and pay by toping up or credit card
- Pay cashless within the application
- Trip info will be shared via SMS and email
3. Check driver and vehicle info assigned latest by 12 hours before pickup time
- After you finish your booking, our partnering ride managers will confirm and assign a driver.
- You will be assigned with a ride 12 hours before requested pickup time.
- Once assigned, you can check driver and vehicles info via the app and website.
- Ride info will be sent to you via SMS
4. Enjoy your ride provided by professional drivers
- Meet your driver at your requested pickup time and location.
- If you think it will be hard to meet the driver, leave us a not or drop us a line to confirm exact pickup location.
