This simple app will remind you to take a break every 20 minutes, to focus at an object over 20 feet away, for 20 seconds. This is known as the 20-20-20 rule, and it really works.
Takes advantage of iPhone local notifications – once you get the app started, you dont need to open it again all day!
Simply swipe down (for the banner) or left (in the notification center) on the notification and tap "Rest Eyes for 20." Look away for 20 seconds. Youll get a second notice telling you to get back to work. 20 minutes later, youll be reminded to take a break again.
