The Elhuyar Zientzia eta Teknologiaren Hiztegi Entziklopedikoa (Elhuyar encyclopaedic dictionary on science and technology) application is the first encyclopaedic dictionary in the Basque language that encompasses all fields of science and technology.

It contains information regarding 50 fields of science and technology, divided into the following areas:
• Exact sciences: mathematics, statistics.
• Matter and energy sciences: physics, chemistry, astronomy.
• Earth sciences: geography, geology, mineralogy, meteorology, oceanography, palaeontology.
• Life and health sciences: biology, microbiology, botany, zoology, biochemistry, genetics, physical anthropology, ecology, the environment, anatomy, physiology, medicine, psychiatry, veterinary science.
• Technology: technology (general), mechanical technology, electrical technology, electronics, telecommunications, materials, metallurgy, architecture, construction, livestock farming, agriculture, fishing, mining, aeronautics, astronautics, the maritime industry, the railway industry, automotive, photography, the weapons industry.
• General topics.
