In order to show and access med details and siren even when the phone is locked, you must add the app widget (available once you install the app). If you used Free ICE app, make sure you delete that widget and add new widget for this app.
How to enable Medical ID:
Inside app settings, you can enable or disable medical ID if you need to have just the emergency contact details. Your customisation will appear on your locked screen as well as the app.
