Description
Au chapitre de la promotion du droit d’accès aux informations sur les annonces des concours et des appels à candidature aux emplois supérieurs, le Ministère de l’Économie, des Finances et de la Réforme de l’Administration - Département de la Réforme de l’Administration - a mis en ligne Lapplication « Emploi Public », diffusant l’ensemble des informations émanant des Administrations publiques, des collectivités territoriales, des établissements publics et des entreprises publiques.
Lapplication « Emploi Public » vise principalement à faciliter aux visiteurs l’accès à toutes les informations et les données relatives à l’emploi public à travers la mise en ligne et la divulgation dans les délais légaux de toutes les annonces de concours et d’appels à candidature aux emplois supérieurs.
En plus, Lapplication offre la possibilité de consulter des informations très utiles sur la fonction publique en général notamment :
• La liste de tous les concours (avec date du concours et dernier délai de dépôt et nombre de postes) d’accès aux emplois publics par services de l’Etat,
• La liste de tous les appels à candidature aux emplois supérieurs,
• Un espace réservé au citoyen pour recevoir instantanément sur mail ou par notification, les derniers évènements relatifs à un concours donné,
• Une simulation en ligne de salaires,
• Des données sur l’Administration publique ainsi qu’une foire aux questions (FAQ) pratiques et récurrentes sur les droits et les obligations des fonctionnaires.

بهدف تعميم الإعلانات عن مباريات التوظيف، وحرصا منها على تمكين المواطنات والمواطنين الراغبين في ولوج المناصب العمومية من الحصول على كافة المعلومات ذات الصلة، أنجزت وزارة الاقتصاد والمالية وإصلاح الإدارة ـ قطاع إصلاح الإدارة ـ تطبيق « التشغيل العمومي » متضمن لكافة المعلومات المرتبطة بمباريات التوظيف بالإدارات العمومية والجماعات الترابية والمؤسسات والمقاولات العمومية.
يهدف تطبيق « التشغيل العمومي » أساسا إلى تمكين المواطنات والمواطنين الراغبين في ولوج أسلاك الوظيفة العمومية من الحصول على كافة المعلومات المتعلقة بالتشغيل في المناصب العمومية، وذلك من خلال نشر جميع إعلانات مباريات التوظيف في الإدارات العمومية والجماعات الترابية والمؤسسات والمقاولات العمومية، بالإضافة لبعض المعلومات والمعطيات التي تهم الوظيفة العمومية من أهمها:
• لائحة جميع مباريات الولوج إلى الوظيفة العمومية (مع تاريخ الإجراء وآخر أجل للترشيح وعدد المناصب)،
• إعلانات فتح باب الترشيح لشغل المناصب العليا،
• فضاء خاص للمواطنين للتوصل عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الإشعارات بآخر الإعلانات المتعلقة بمباراة معينة،
• نظرة عامة حول الأجور بالوظيفة العمومية،
• إحصائيات متعلقة بالإدارة العمومية مع أسئلة وأجوبة عملية ومتداولة حول حقوق وواجبات الموظفين.
