Je ne sais pas si cest la meilleure appli du genre (sans doute pas) mais sont point fort : vous entrez les 3 infos que vous connaissez parmisle montant total, la durée, le taux et la mensulaité et le soft se débruille pour calculer la 4 ème. Simple et permet de faire des projection, de vérifier ce que dit le banquier, etc. Par contre ny cherchez pas les frais de notaire ou lassurance : il ne gère que le prêt (mais bien) En anglais mais il y a très peu de texte ;-))

市販のローン電卓と比べるのは野暮ですが、ボーナス返済併用での試算ができないのは痛い！ それを加味するとちょっと高いかも・・・。 ただ、レート、返済月数、返済額等から逆算できるので、商用でのちょっとした利用には都合いいでしょうね。 なんにせよ、金融関係に携わる方なら購入して損ないと思いますよ。 住宅購入等の試算の為に導入を考えておられるような方を考慮して、ちょっと厳しめに星3つとしました。
良いです
Excelで計算をしなくても済むので楽です。愛用させていただいてます。ただ金利表示はだいたい少数以下3桁なのに対しこのアプリでは2桁までとなっています。ここが直れば私の使い方では満足ですが
満足です。
バージョンUPで利率が小数点以下何桁でも計算できるようになりました。 返済スケジュールを具体的にイメージてきるので私を含めこれから住宅などの購入を考えている方にはぜひオススメです。
小数点がない！
年利入力の際、テンキーに小数点がないのにはまいりました。 しかたないのでメモ帳で１．４７５とか作ってコピペしてるのですが、何かいい方法はありませんかね？
