Habe mir die App geholt, da ich viele Energetics Produkte habe. Die App taugt dazu, neue Übungen kennen zu lernen. Alle Übungen sind mit Video vor gemacht. Das große Manko meiner Meinung nach sind die Workouts. Man kann sich eigene Workouts zusammen stellen. Allerdings kann man nicht die Länge einstellen. Wenn man mehrere Übungen aneinander gereiht hat, kann man das Wirkout starten. Dummerweise gibt es keine akustische Benachrichtigung, wann die Übung fertig ist. Man hat auch keine Zeit, umzubauen, was besonders bei vielen verschieden Übungen nervt. 5 Sekunden würden schon reichen. Hier kann man noch einiges mehr draus machen! Nur zwei Sterne von mir dafür!
