This app is great for managing all the medical info for my two dogs. Wonderful to have when visiting the vet or scheduling appointments. I love the option of adding photos. Other nice features are medicine reminders, medical history, teeth cleaning history, and you can record all medicines both preventive and symptomatic. Very helpful in case you have to visit emergency vet and need medical history. Easy to use. I would definitely recommend this app to all pet owners!!

I have bought other similar apps and find this one to be the most comprehensive.
EquiSketch Pets
The app is slow and quirky on iOS5. For example: does not return to pet record after viewing "weight history", does not allow return to a specific pet record for adding photo or other info--must exit app and then re-enter pet data, deleting original. All in all a total WASTE of the purchase price
Constantly crashes
I was really looking forward to using this app to help me organize my pets records, but it crashes every time I use it.
Good beginning, responsive developer
Not as full-featured as the equine version but so far the best pet record app Ive found. Developer is quick to respond to both questions & bug reports.
Overall nice app
Overall it is an easy to use, helpful app. Keeps me on schedule for all of my pets veterinary/health needs. Although it would be nice if it were updated to fit the iPhone 5 screen especially since I had to pay for the app. If it were updated it would be 5* for sure!
