Description
The Aromatherapy Stress Buster contains 15 of the most common symptoms associated with Stress. Examples being Anxiety, Depression, Impatience, Irritability, Tension and the like.
Each individual symptom is in turn linked to a selection of recipes which in the majority of cases provide a blend of three essential oils, along with a specified number of drop(s).
Note not all recipes require the combination of the three oils and in a select few cases the number of drops are optional, allowing for the change to the fragrance. In all cases the blend of essential oils should not exceed fifteen drops.
The pool of over 150 recipes covers a range of application methods (Baths, Massage, Vaporisation etc).
Each of these areas displays picture or icon, a detailed description along with a further breakdown where appropriate under the following subject areas:

Optional user notes can be associated with the individual Carrier Oil, along with the ability to modify the ranking of each case.
