European Court of Human Rights Case Law Index Reference for Apple iPad2/3/4/iPad Air and iPhone 5/5S/6/6 Plus using iOS 8 or later.
ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION
This App requires an Annual Subscription to maintain the most current case law and provide access to tools. The Annual Subscription is available as an In-App purchase from the Purchases page within the App.
- The price of the Annual Subscription is £14.99 or €19.99 which is bought as an In-App Purchase. This renewable subscription can be managed from your Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- The length of the Data Update subscription is 12 months from the date of purchase. This subscription period shall include new cases and judgments issued by the European Court of Human Rights.
- Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Information about the purchased Data Update Annual Subscriptions may be viewed by the user by going to the users iTunes Account Settings after purchase.
- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.

APPLICATION DESCRIPTION
The European Court of Human Rights App provides a searchable reference of Cases published by the European Court of Human Rights in English. The Search facility provides tools to find a Case by the name of the Parties to the Case. From any index or search result any number of Cases may be marked as a Favourite adding a link to the index into the Favourites pop-up. The ECtHR App comprises over 10,000 individual Cases, and is updated frequently to include the most recent cases published by the Court. These updates require the purchase of an ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION.
