Description
eValuate Driver app allows company drivers to perform their legal duties regarding pre start checks on a paperless system. eValuate Driver links to our comprehensive management system allowing email notifications when vehicles fail a check or when observations are made. In addition to pre use checks eValuate Driver displays notifications to the driver (issued using the eValuate system). The notification system allows drivers to digitally sign/accept messages. This system lends itself to Health & Safety toolbox talks with a fully auditable trail.
In this release the pre use checks include;
- Search function on Model, Make, Vehicle Number and Vehicle Reg
- Vehicle Odometer readings
- Pass, Fail, N/A Buttons
- Area for additional comments
- Controlled Back and Next button to ensure all questions area answered
Notifications include;
- Light blue highlight for unread messages
- Red dot for unsigned messages
- Ordering by unread / read
