My Diabetes assist you everyday with advice and tools to help you understand and monitor your diabetes. Record your blood glucose, carbohydrate consumption, weight, physical activity and your insulin doses to better understand how they impact your daily life.
To help you manage your diabetes on a daily basis, the app features
• Health Profile, where you can add your own information so you get personalized reminders
• Assistant, where you can look at an overview of your blood sugar levels and get tips
• Journal, where you can document things that impact your condition with text and photos
• A report of your blood glucose readings that you can view and share with your health professional
• Guide, which connects you to tons of useful information
• Reminders and Notifications
• Invite a trustworthy person to assist you in your diabetic follow-up. If you allow it, this person can also participate by adding new entries
• Integration with Health app to help you track your glycemia, carbohydrates and your weight
