- View your calories burned, your training minutes and your distance traveled
- Add, edit and print training and nutrition plans
- Publish your progress photos and body measurements
- Add personal or group challenges
- Add activities to your calendar
- Cumulate Fitness Points to Win Achievements
- You carve a place in the ranking of fitness points on a global scale
- Follow your friends and the people who inspire you most in the community
- Participate in discussions in the FD community

We use this app to track your diary in real time. Adapted to your needs and goals, you can track your food intake on a daily basis.
B) Custom Training Plan
Whether you are a beginner or an expert, our training plans are personalized and adapted to your current physical condition. The training sessions are varied and the movements are explained to you and demonstrated by the consultant or using video capsules put online. The training plan is for the sole purpose of pushing your limits in a safe and measured environment.

You can sync this app with Apple Health App. If you enable this connection, any workout in the Health app with automatically be added to your Activity Calendar.
