Aries is the most advanced fire protection software of its kind. If you’re looking for mobile fire inspection software you won’t find a more complete, easy to use software than ours. With Aries, there are no upfront costs to you, which means you don’t have to pay a hefty licensing fee and you don’t have to buy special hardware to access and complete fire inspection reports. To use our fire inspection forms all you have to do is register with us to get a username and password.
Aries is so much more than fire protection software. We provide a dashboard for setting up customers. We provide cloud storage to keep all your fire inspection reports organized by the type of system you tested (alarm, sprinkler, extinguisher etc.) Then we organize those reports by the date they were done so you can easily find them anytime you need.
Never have your tech turn in a work order with the incorrect prices again. With Aries work orders we do the math for you. All your tech has to do is tell us how much parts and labor are and we’ll do the rest. Unless you don’t want that particular tech to know your prices or to have the ability to give the customer a work order that has all the pricing filled out. By simply checking a box you can give the power or take away the power of your tech to fill in prices on work orders.
Aries also has a Building Information section where your office staff can review the account information before scheduling an inspection with our fire inspection software. They can see how many techs are needed, what types of licenses they must have (the inspection may need a fire alarm license as well as a sprinkler license.) They can see the cross streets, the contact person, the contact phone number, if a key is needed for the riser room, if the inspection has to be scheduled or if you can just show up. The techs have access to the Building Information from the field also. They can see where the fire alarm panel is, who monitors, the monitoring phone number and account number, how to silence the audibles, where the sprinkler riser is located, where the ITV’s are etc. With Building information the office and the techs are better equipped to do their jobs more efficiently.
