As a full time working mother of four it has been very difficult for me to go to the gym and find time to eat healthy. This app is like a personal trainer & nutritionist all rolled into one. When I have a few minutes I turn on the app and do a quick workout. No need to get dressed, drive to the gym, or find a babysitter. Planning healthy meals is easy. Everything you need to get fit and stay healthy is on this app

This app is super easy to use! Im a guy who lifts heavy and when I dont want to do cardio at the gym this is a quick sweat cardio at home! Meal plan and groceries is a plus!! Get fit anywhere you go.
Just 15 minutes doing a full body exercise routine using this app will help you strengthen and define your muscles. And because the workouts are created randomly, you’ll never get bored and makes each workout as effective as the last!
I’m giving you the full app access for free the first 3 days! If you like it, you can subscribe for just 10 cents a day! If you feel like you’re ok with just the 15 minute HIIT program, great! I’m happy with that too!
Upgrades to Fit in 15 Premium add the features listed above and is available with a monthly subscription. Subscription options are $2.99 a month or $19.99 for a whole year. Subscriptions are auto-renewing. Subscription applies to Fit in 15 Pocket Personal Trainer.
