You can book any class 24/7, or cancel your attendance without the trainers assistance.
For your convenience, the app sends reminder notifications about your upcoming classes.
You may opt to automatically synchronize bookings with your Apple Calendar.
In-app session packages also do a great job - you always know how many sessions remain for the current month, and get a reminder notification 1-day before expiration.
