Poor support service

Reload money did not show in app balance instantly. Customer service support is poor as I need to chase for credit paid !!

Used the service when I was traveling in Japan and it worked perfectly. Calls were crisp and clear. Would definitely recommend it to travelers. Only thing that they should improve is the ringtone for iOS users.
