The Bible is a growth. Many people do not understand that it is not a book written by a single person, but it is a library of several books which were composed by various people in various countries. It is interesting to know how this library grew and upon what principle some books were accepted and some rejected.
Of course we may take peoples word for the reasons why certain books were chosen, but it is always satisfactory to come to our own conclusions by examining our own evidence.

This is what this Forgotten Books of the Bible enables us to do. We can examine the books of the Scriptures which we have in the authorized version, and then in this book we can read those scriptures which have been eliminated by various councils in order to make up our standard Bible.

It is safe to say that a comparison of the accepted books with those rejected may be relied upon, for those books which were accepted are far superior in value to the others.
These others which are included in the Forgotten Books of the Bible comprise all kinds of stories, tales and myths.

This version includes:

Needs work

This app needs a lot of work. Navigating through the app is very clumsy, and the journal entries go nowhere. There is no where to find the journal after youve made entries to it. The material is good, but there is no way to enlarge the text. The app has potential, its nice to have all that material in one place. However, its too expensive for its current state.

No content

Downloaded everything, updates and all, and it looks nice with all the titles of the books... But, theres no text. If the author is reading this, any suggestions? Ive already updated m iOS software...

App

Mine is empty also. There is nothing in any of the books. I want my money back!!!!!!!!

Tech. support is really great!

I also had similar problems with blank pages because my internet is slow due to living far away from the city. I contacted support to understand how to read the pages, and they provided easy instructions as well as how they will resolve the issue in the near future. Im so happy to see all the content and cannot stop reading!

Reinstall

I love the app. Mine has words. But i always have to REINSTSALL it. Whoever made this app needs to fix that!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its a good start

Its working, all pages load up. While I like the content the app leaves some to be desired. There is no place marker so you have to remember where you left off, no highlighting and what ever you do, do not hit the ever present and in the way "delete entry" button at the bottom of the screen or the page youre on will disappear. Id contact the app dev but there is nothing within the app to allow you to do so. In the advert it shows some buttons at the bottom of the screen, there are none on my iPhone 4... Id like to like this app and will update my review as the app improves.

Who wrote this???

Content seems good but crappy app for reading. Chose a book, then sub-section, then a chapter. When done reading that chapter you have to back out and select the next chapter. No book mark ability or ability to automatically progress to next chapter. Why the hell would you put a "delete entry" button on app? You pay for the content (I did because the adds are really annoying) and have no intent of deleting parts of it. Makes no sense to me.
