Load Board has been designed specifically for transporters to easily manage their FreightQuotes leads from anywhere, 24-hours a day. FreightQuotes helps transporters find customers by providing perfectly matched leads to their selected freight categories and regions.
FQ Load Board for Transporters App Features:
• Receive lead notifications that match your freight categories and regions directly to your device.
• Log in to your FreightQuotes account from anywhere and view all your leads including:
• New leads
• Accepted leads
• Hired
• Waitlisted leads
• Closed leads
• Easily manage leads while on the move.
• Accept a lead and instantly receive the customer’s contact and load details.
• Decline a lead, and it will be removed from your new leads.
• Mark a lead as Hired if you win the load and it will be moved to your Hired list.
• Close a lead if it has been completed, and it will be moved to your Closed list.
• Choose to be placed on the Waitlist for a lead if it has already been accepted by three other transport companies.
• Once you accept a lead, instantly receive the customer’s details so you can get in touch straight away and provide a quote. Customer details include their name, phone number, email, load information, pick-up and drop-off locations and travelling distance.
• FQ Load Board for Transporters is fully integrated with the FreightQuotes website.
