How do you enable the Guest Access feature of your Fritz!Box?
Do you still
- Start your computer
- Wait til the system comes up
- Start a web browser
- Enter the IP-Address of your Fritz!Box
- Enter the password
- Navigate to the Guest Access settings
- Enable Guest Access
- Click ok
to enable the WiFi for your guests??
With this App you need only one tap in the App or in the notification center.
IMPORTANT:
You need a Fritz!Box with guest access feature!
Models without this feature (e.g. the 7170) are NOT supported.
Beta firmware (Labor firmware) and alternative firmware (modified from the ISP) is also NOT supported!
The App works with the following models:
3270, 3370, 3390, 6360, 6490, 7240, 7270, 7312, 7320, 7330, 7340, 7360, 7390, 7490, 7560, 7570
You need at least Firmware xx.04.86 to use this App. The Fritz!Box must support the TR064 protocol. You have to enable it.
If you own a model not listet here and want support the app development, please contact me (using the support email address). In this case, I may send you a test version of the app. I will try to add support for this box in the next update.

Probleme mit 6.50
funktioniert fast nicht mehr
seit FritzOS 6.50/6.51 funktioniert die App unter iOS 9.3.1 nicht mehr zuverlässig. Sehr schade. Mal gehts- meistens aber nicht. Man weiss nie, ist der Gastzugang jetzt ein- oder ausgeschaltet.
Funktioniert mit FritzOS 6.51 / auf 7390
Endlich eine Möglichkeit das Gast WLAN einfach und unkompliziert zu aktivieren.
Einfach und unproblematisch
Die einfachste und unkomplizierte Art, für Gäste mal schnell das WLAN einzuschlafen.
Nichts geht
Die App funktionierte noch nie richtig. Mit dem heutigen Update startet sie nicht mal mehr. Einfach nur Mist.
Fritz!Box 7360 funktioniert nicht mehr!
Nach Update auf Version 3.0 wird die Fritz!Box 7360 nicht mehr unterstützt! Wer diese nutzt, NICHT updaten!
Manche Modelle nicht mehr unterstützt
Nach dem Update wird die FritzBox 7362 SL nicht mehr unterstützt. Sehr schade, denn vor dem Update ging es einwandfrei.
