Suggestions: time zone offset and manual adjustments. I used GeoTagster for the first time and it placed all photos incorrectly. A time zone and daylight saving can be set on my camera. The timestamps in the GPX file I record are set to UTC. As a result, GeoTagster placed the photos at a location an hour away from the correct location.
