sehr nützlich
Gerade im Auslands-Urlaub ist diese App aktuell sehr nützlich, weil sie die entsprechenden Wikipedia-Artikel offline zur Verfügung stellt. So hat man alle Informationen immer zur Hand, inklusive Richtungs- und Entfernungsanzeige zum gewählten Ziel. Und der Carfinder lässt sich sehr gut dazu misdbrauchen das Hotel wiederzufinden. ;-)
Wow
Im Ausland oder bei Entdeckungsreisen sehr sinnvoll. Toll ist die Möglichkeit die Reise vorher zu planen und für offline Nutzung vorzubereiten. Ganz kleine Orte kann man auch finden. Gut gemacht!
Perfekt!
Auf der Suche nach einer App, die einem schnell detailierte Informationen zum derzeitigen Standort liefert, habe ich schon einiges ausprobiert. Nach diversen Stadtführern und einigen augmented Reality-Apps bin ich nun zufrieden. Einfach das IPhone in die gewünschte Richtung halten und schon erscheinen diverse Punkte, die man individuell auswählen kann, um dann mehr Informationen zu bekommen. Auch die Offline-Funktion und die Menüsprache deutsch funktionieren prima. Auch eine "finde Dein geparktes Auto"-Funktion ist integriert. Top!
Genau, was ich gesucht habe
Funktioniert perfekt und hat auch in kleineren Orten POIs. Sehr schön ist die Verlinkung zu Wiki, somit Stadtplan und Reiseführer in Einem. Hab ihn erstmals auf Teneriffa eingesetzt und bin schon gespannt, was er alles für meine neue Arbeitsstätte Aachen auf Lager hat. Früher hätte man einen nett bebilderten Reiseführer mit mehr oder nützlicher Info für 9,99 gekauft, also finde ich 1,59 mehr als angemessen. Nothing beats reality, augmented reality is just awesome!
mühselig bis überflüssig
bei iPhone 6 - iOS 8 friert das Programm regelmäßig ein ... erfordert Schließen über den Taskmanager und anschließenden Neustart ... außerdem nerven extrem lange Ladezeiten für den offline-Betrieb, wobei dann sogar trotzdem noch sämtliche Fotos in der Artikelansicht fehlen - App also nicht wirklich brauchbar...
