Germ Scanner is developed as a training aid to improve the dialog and correct process regarding Hand Hygiene. This application has been developed by the National Restaurant Association in conjunction and generous support from Georgia-Pacific Professional an Enterprise Partner of the Association. Education material sources include ServSafe® the industry leading provider in Food Safety solutions with over four million certified and Georgia-Pacific Professional libraries of developed hand hygiene posters.
