На работе , чтобы снять усталость и напряжение пользуясь этими комплексами.очень грамотно по добраны,главное действенны.если бы еще музыкальное сопровождение-цены бы небыло этому приложению.
Красиво, но не очень полезно...
Оформлено все хорошо, упражнения разнесены по категориям и снабжены фотографиями, можно добавить нужные вам упражнения в избранное. Собственно на этом функционал программы и заканчивается. То есть, это фактически каталог упражнений с картинками, не более того. Нет никакого календаря, нельзя составить план занятия, нет таймера или возможности отметить что ты сегодня уже сделал, а что нет. Словом, бесполезная фигня в красивой обертке. И все восторженные отзывы здесь мне не очень понятны.
