Really practicle app
Excellent service
I used this moving service at IKEA Alexandra Road and Charles, one of their employees helped to download the app and in less than 1 minute everything was settled and my driver was already on the way to pick-up my stuff. Oh, I also got a ride for free with my stuff to my place. Im impressed by the efficiency of this (immediately) delivery.
Works well
Had to do an advance booking, worked perfectly, even helped with warehouse logistics.
Never trust the service
I booked the moving service a week in advance and got the confirmation. But they kept asking delaying my confirmed schedule time. In the end, I was supposed to move @10am but I couldnt see the driver even @ 1pm. WTF seriously... Three hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you wanna mess up your moving date, YES! use this Gogovan. Cheap but untrustworthy

Worst Van Service
Do not bother with this company. They are not dependable. Sometimes you will get a van without a hassle, but often the drivers will try to renegotiate a later pickup time, charge you extra to take a more expensive route, or just straight lie to your face by saying they will call you to arrange your van with no intention of actually doing so. Today I waited 4 hours for a van booked over an hour in advance. After repeated calls and empty promises from the company, no van ever showed. This has happened to me before so it isnt just an unfortunate one-off coincidence. Do not use this company. There are others out there.
User friendly!
Surprised at how easy and convenient the app is to use! Not to mention the prices are way cheaper than local options!!
