BookGolf365 Ltd. was founded in 2016 to resolve the current challenges inherent in the business model of most suppliers of tee time bookings software for the Golf industry.
The pervasive business model of suppliers of Tee Times booking software is to demand trade (barter) rounds in return. Peter Lawrie, renowned European PGA tour player, is spearheading BG365 and has designed it’s entirely new business model which moves the cost of golf bookings software away from a barter & payment model funded by the clubs to a democratisation of the cost of Golf bookings across the world of golf.
BG365 is a service run directly from the Cloud. It is mobile responsive for golfers and, for the club administrator, allows for complex events such as shotgun starts and multiple courses within the same club. BG365 enables management of multiple timesheets simultaneously while providing a templating system for competitions and society events. It manages multiple membership types seamlessly and facilitates online green fee payments directly to the club while gathering information on who is playing on the course. Dynamic pricing based on intelligent analysis maximises yield while minimising vacancy on tees.
A comprehensive set of reports across key golf club metrics is available and the ability to deliver customised reports, designed and compiled by the club itself, is planned for release shortly.
