It took three months to sell a Nexus 5X phone in perfect condition. After they placed the item up for sale, complete radio silence. No updates, no estimates about when it might go or why it was taking so long. Finally, I got so frustrated that I asked them to return the device to me. They said they would, but instead sold it. Would have been nice if they told me about the change in plans first. The whole point of this service is to save you time, right? By that measure, it failed me.

Really convenient and it works. Sometimes it works really slowly but its better than procrastinating or dealing with eBay.
They steal your stuff!
I sent them an Amazon Fire and an IPhone 5S - TWO months ago. The only time I hear from them is if I reach out and ask whats going on. As of now, I still have no idea whats going on. They have either not sold my items or are not sending my money. They are quick to send you a box and your still is literally Gone, as in they steal it. Do not waste your time with this service.
