In her programme, ‘Alexa - I fight your kilos!’(RTL Television Germany) the TV personality proves that it is not very difficult to follow a balanced diet and at the same time lose a few extra pounds. As a personal food coach Alexa Iwan pays high attention to the value of the food. Fresh vegetables, fruit, whole grains, pulses, high quality oils, milk products, fish and lean meat are the ingredients she uses to create her recipes. She also likes to add unusual and rather unknown products to her dishes: soya cream, lemon grass, agave syrup, coriander or black sesame. You just have to try these healthy and natural ingredients.
