How to use:

• Get notified when the focus interval is completed.
• Take a break and get notified when the rest interval is completed.
• Start another focus interval for whichever task you want to focus on next. • Repeat until all your tasks are completed.
• You can set the duration of the focus intervals and the rest intervals in the apps settings.
• Track your performance through daily, daily average and total statistics.
