Description
Grazing Calculator for Farmers is designed to help you calculate feed for animals. This app allows you to find the break size required, estimate the amount of days grazing that is available in a paddock, calculate how much feed the stock is currently getting and a convenient "Distance Finder" that uses your devices GPS. If you are also feeding supplement feed, this can easily be added in.

Calculate Break Size:
Calculates what size break to give and how much supplement feed to give if enabled. Input fields are:
- Mob Total
- Daily Feed Per Animal (kg)
- Dry Matter Pasture Available (kg/ha)
- Paddock Width (m)
If supplement feed is enabled, other input fields are:
- Grass Intake (%)
- Supplement Feed Intake (%)
- Supplement Feed Dry Matter Percentage (%)
Calculate Days in Paddock:
Calculates how many days grazing are available in a paddock and how much supplement feed to give if enabled. Input fields are:
- Mob Total
- Daily Feed Per Animal (kg)
- Dry Matter Pasture Available (kg/ha)
- Paddock Size (ha)
If supplement feed is enabled, other input fields are:
- Grass Intake (%)
- Supplement Feed Intake (%)
- Supplement Feed Dry Matter Percentage (%)

Calculates how much feed the stock is currently getting from grass and supplement feed if enabled. Input fields are:
- Mob Total
- Days Grazing in Paddock/Break
- Dry Matter Pasture Available (kg/ha)
- Paddock/Break Size (ha)
If supplement feed is enabled, other input fields are:
- Daily Supplement Feed Given (kg)
- Supplement Feed Dry Matter Percentage (%)
Distance Finder:
Using your devices GPS (not all devices compatible), you can find the distance between two points. When you press "Start Recording," your location will be recorded. Every 1 second after that, the distance between your start location and current location will be displayed.
